BI Developer - Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Lead BI Developer, who is passionate about Technology and is interested in the opportunity we are giving – working on one of the leading Smart Energy Transformation companies.


  • Manage and transform our current  BI platform and expand it to the new systems
  • Develop data transformations on the data warehouse platform to enable in-depth analysis and strategic research by departmental analysts
  • Guide migration of our BI platform to a Cloud environment  / Oracle Cloud/
  • Execute key KPI reports within our business
  • Plan, design, develop, test, implement and maintain advanced BI applications, reports and dashboard
  • Ensure high standards of data quality through the development
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Optimizing existing BI solutions for better performance
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team to ensure that everyone is working towards the same end.


  • 4+ years experience with Qlik Sense stack and modeling concepts
  • 2+ years working with Qlik building data schema, creating visualizations, building dashboards, and prototypes meeting users’ needs
  • Understanding production KPIs and dashboards orientations
  • Solid requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and debugging skills
  • SQL Scripting capabilities
  • Provide a clear status about the team’s projects and status
  • Managing large-scale projects and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to optimize tests and analyze platform performance.

Nice to have: 

  •  Experience on Priority ERP / Oracle cloud both as a user and a developer  
  •  Experience with Qlik NPrinting
  •  Experienced with Python
  •  Familiar with DWH concepts
  •  Worked with AWS Databricks.
