Customer Service Department Manager with Portuguese

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Department Manager with Portuguese to join one of our partners – a global leader in the iGaming industry.


  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Service
  • Efficiently organise work processes to meet goals
  • Set and monitor team goals for excellence
  • Support team members with knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Responsible for team performance and achievements
  • Provide regular reports on team achievements and targets
  • Analyse monthly workforce reports
  • Provide timely feedback for continuous improvement
  • Resolve team problems, escalating when needed
  • Hire and oversee Customer Service Associates, promoting internal growth
  • Translate management goals into clear expectations
  • Maintain team schedules according to labour laws
  • Facilitate effective communication with all departments
  • Stay updated through email and processes documents
  • Resolve team problems, escalating when needed
  • Motivate creativity and celebrates achievements
  • Facilitate problem-solving and consensus
  • Promote employee growth horizontally and vertically
  • Analyse data for enhanced customer experience
  • Organise and attends regular team meetings
  • Handle chats, emails, and calls as required.


  • Eligibility to work in Bulgaria / EU
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar managerial role in the field of Customer Service
  • Willingness to work on shifts (Monday-Friday; 10:00 – 00:00h Sofia time)
  • Experience and strong understanding of the iGaming domain
  • People management and motivation skills
