We are looking for a JavaScript Team Lead to be part of our team, delivering one of the most exciting and complex platforms in the fintech industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coaching, supporting and being a technical mentor for the team
- Work as part of a Scrum team on the enterprise flagship trading platforms products
- Hands-on develop features 50% of your time
- Participating in recruiting new team members
- Managing offshore team members
- Leading features “end to end” from product requirements through live tests in production.
SKILLS:
- 5 years of experience in software development
- Deep background in developing an application using JavaScript
- Experience with client-side technologies: CSS3, HTML5, JQuery, JSON
- Can-do attitude, analytical and organized
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Team Management skills.
Nice to have: - Good knowledge of Angular is a big plus
- Experience with .Net Core/ Node.js or Python
- Experience with server-side technologies: Kafka and Kubernetes
- Some background with React Native/iOS.
