RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the full Recruitment and Interview Process
- Responsible for Candidate Relationship and Talent Pipeline Management
- Behave as innovator into strategies for identifying, attracting and engaging with the best talents
- Be involved in Recruitment Marketing, Public Relations and External Networks
- Be ready to become part of a really dynamic and fast growing organization.
SKILLS:
- 2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter
- Strong technical knowledge
- Be creative, out of the box thinker and most of all be open-minded
- Ability to prioritize work
- Real passion for the people’s career path, the latest cutting-edge technologies and recruitment tools.
