We are looking for a Technical Solution Architect to participate in the planning, development, and implementation of the Salesforce system, focusing on the Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Digital Engagement modules.This role will collaborate with system analysts and architects to tailor the Salesforce environment to the company’s needs, regulatory requirements, and security standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce-based solutions using the specified modules.
• Lead the architecture planning of complex, multi-system integrations and ensure solutions are scalable, upgradable, and compliant with security and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, supervision, and professional leadership to technical teams while promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Translate complex business and technological requirements into efficient technological solutions.
• Promote solutions that align with industry-leading standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements and recommend improvements as needed.
• Conduct ongoing systematic and architectural evaluations to ensure system health, functionality, and compliance with regulatory and security requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including significant work as an architect in complex environments.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following modules: Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes and drive adoption among end-users.
• Ability to collaborate and solve complex challenges using innovative solutions.
• Strong multi-project management skills in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Previous experience leading Salesforce development teams.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.

ADVANTAJE:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application/System Architect, Platform Developer I/II.
• Previous experience working with CRM systems in a financial environment.
