Currently we are looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer
Experience team. Step into our world, where advanced technologies take center stage,
transforming the online financial trading experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
โข Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and support tickets through various
channels (e.g., email, chat)
โข Troubleshoot and resolve common customer issues independently, following established
guidelines and procedures
โข Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues and other customerโs
needs to the appropriate internal teams
โข Document customer interactions and issue details accurately in the support ticketing system
โข Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and self-learning
โข Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
SKILLS:
โข Proven experience as a Technical Support / QA Engineer for enterprise (B2B) software
โข Experience supporting B2B customers with large, complex environments.
โข Being a committed team player that can help lead others through challenging customer issues
โข Ability to prioritize and switch between a variety of time-sensitive issues
โข Good communication skills and customer focus
โข Fluent English (both written and spoken)
โข Experience in a Fin-Tech/Online company – nice to have
โข Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Science – nice to have.
