Currently we are looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer
Experience team. Step into our world, where advanced technologies take center stage,
transforming the online financial trading experience.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and support tickets through various
    channels (e.g., email, chat)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common customer issues independently, following established
    guidelines and procedures
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues and other customer’s
    needs to the appropriate internal teams
  • Document customer interactions and issue details accurately in the support ticketing system
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and self-learning
  • Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support / QA Engineer for enterprise (B2B) software
  • Experience supporting B2B customers with large, complex environments.
  • Being a committed team player that can help lead others through challenging customer issues
  • Ability to prioritize and switch between a variety of time-sensitive issues
  • Good communication skills and customer focus
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in a Fin-Tech/Online company – nice to have
  • Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Science – nice to have.
