Currently, we are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our RnD team.
- Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video, to achieve
specific marketing objectives and KPIs;
- Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases, and regularly update
keyword lists for optimal performance;
- Create and optimize ad copy, ad groups, and landing pages to maximize click-through rates and
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to improve click-through
rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS);
- A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and other elements to determine the most effective variations;
- Stay current with industry trends and Google Ads updates, implementing best practices and
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with broader marketing
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and achieve
desired ROI. Implement and track conversion tracking and other relevant tracking tools;
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads policies and ensure that all campaigns are compliant;
- Keep abreast of SEO best practices to optimize ad campaigns in conjunction with organic
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar
- Demonstrable expertise in Google Ads, including proficiency in keyword research, campaign
setup, and optimization;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data to make data-driven decisions;
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization;
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, including Google Ads Editor;
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing and online advertising trends;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to develop and implement creative ad copy and designs;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other relevant tracking tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented and highly organized;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Strong project management and time management skills;
- Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry changes.
- Familiarity with other advertising platforms like Microsoft Advertising or Facebook Ads is a plus;
- Knowledge of SEO and its relationship with paid advertising is a bonus;
