Currently we are looking for a talented NOC Team Leader to build and manage our NOC team. Step into our world, where advanced technologies take center stage, transforming the online financial trading experience.

  • Supervise and support a team of NOC specialists, ensuring they establish and adhere to processes and guidelines for network monitoring and incident response
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment to maintain high operational standards
  • Define and implement methods, procedures, tools, and policies to meet the NOC team’s KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and service SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
  • Effectively manage the daily operations of the NOC, including the monitoring of network infrastructure, prioritization of incoming incidents, and allocation of resources
  • Share insights and best practices to ensure a cohesive and efficient support ecosystem
  • Implement proactive measures to enhance network reliability and performance
  • Act as an escalation point for complex network incidents, providing hands-on support and technical expertise to resolve critical issues promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and diagnose network problems, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on operations
  • Perform routine network maintenance tasks, such as software upgrades, hardware replacements, and configuration changes, to ensure the stability and security of network infrastructure.
  • Experience with building NOC cookbook
  • Experience with Monitoring tools, PRTG, Grafana
  • Experience Managing team with 1 year minimum – processes, procedures, and knowledgebase
  • System basic knowledge in windows and Linux (Login, manage services and scripts)
  • Knowledge with troubleshooting problems in NOC – communication with relevant teams and following escalation processes
  • Experience with logging tools (ELK, Loki) – nice to have.
